The X-Team is a locally owned and operated termite and pest control business that was started in 1998. We operate primarily in Craven, Carteret, Jones, and Pamlico counties. The owner, Phil Kaylor, has over 31 years of licensed experience in the pest and termite business and has lived in the Craven and Carteret county area for seventeen years. The lead termite control specialist, William Roundtree, also has over 31 years experience in this area. The lead inspector, Tommy Eason, has over 10 years experience and is accredited by the N.C. Pest Control Association while our pest control specialists have at least 7 years experience each. All of our folks are state registered specialists.

Even though we are a local company, we offer better services and protection than the regional and national companies, not only through our experience but through our written coverage plans. We are members of the North Carolina Pest Control Association, National Pest Management Association, New Bern Area Chamber of Commerce, New Bern Board of Realtors, and the New Bern-Craven County Home Builders Association. We are involved in our communities through civic clubs, churches, charities, and volunteer organizations. We believe that service to our fellow man is the best work in life.
