Pests attack your home and business year round. The major pests of each season may vary but some pests are a problem most of the year. For example, ants, roaches (including the outdoor roaches some call Water Bugs or Palmetto Bugs), and spiders can be a problem year round. Mice are more of a problem in the fall and winter, while fleas are usually a summer problem. Occasional pests like Silverfish, Centipedes, Fire Ants, Carpenter Ants, Rats, Crickets, Oriental Roaches and Brown Banded Roaches can show up anytime. Pest control services can be preventative or corrective. Many of our customers have our service at their homes and businesses to protect their families and employees and keep a clean environment in which to live and work.

No company has any SECRET FORMULA chemicals. All pesticides that are legally used in North Carolina are registered with the state and also have been approved by the federal EPA. The X-Team’s regular service on homes and businesses is done QUARTERLY. Once every three months, we schedule an appointment to perform a service both inside and outside, since many pest problems originate outside. Our pest service is designed to control the predominate pest of that season and to prevent the predominate pests of the upcoming three months. If you need a follow up service between your regular quarterly visits, just call us. There is no charge for these follow up services. It is also important you do all you can to prevent pests, like practicing proper food handling and storage, routine sanitation, getting rid of clutter, as well as sealing up pest entry points and cracks and crevices. Even the best built, cleanest homes and businesses can have pest problems, but they occur less often and less severely. Our service is always custom designed for your home or business.

Some businesses need MONTHLY service. These are usually food handling establishments or businesses with a large turnover in supplies and stock. Again, our service is custom designed for your business. An appointment for a convenient time is made so business is not interrupted and employee safety is protected. Follow up services are also available at no additional charge.
