Phil Kaylor is the owner and operator of the X-Team. He started his 49 year journey in the business after earning a B.S. degree from N.C. State University. He is licensed by the N.C. Dept. of Agriculture-Structural Pest Control Division. He has also earned a Certification by the EPA. He is accredited as a Wood Destroying Insect Inspector by the N.C. Pest Management Association. Phil is a member of the Home Builders Association, local Board of Realtors, Craven County Chamber of Commerce, Havelock Chamber of Commerce, and the Carteret County Chamber of Commerce. Phil is active in the community through the New Bern Rotary Club, Boy Scouts of America, and First Baptist Church. He has been happily married for 46 years and has two adult children.
